Meet Educators in Person

Many conferences cater to K-12 educators who are interested in educational-technology products and services. An exhibition is a key component of these conferences, and a priority in most K-12 marketing plans. Exhibitors may purchase sponsorships and arrange for opportunities to meet educators and to display their logos, marketing messages, products, and services. Below we highlight some of the most popular ed-tech conferences that attract large national audiences of buyers of K-12-focused educational technology. You'll also find a link to an online calendar of educator conferences.

Florida Educational Technology Conference (FETC) is one of the premier annual events for the educational technology community. Organized by 1105 Media Education Group and held annually (usually in January), this meeting brings together thousands of educators from Florida and around the world who are interested in learning about the latest technology products and services. Hundreds of companies exhibit, interact with technology buyers, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations.

Texas Computer Education Association (TCEA) organizes an annual ed-tech event, usually on the heels of FETC, early in the calendar year. TCEA attracts a national audience of tech-savvy K-12 teachers and administrators to exchange best practices, discuss the latest hot topics, and see new technology products and services on an exhibit floor with about 900 booths.

ISTE Conference, formerly NECC (National Educational Computing Conference), is the largest annual educational conference and exhibition of the year. The conference producer, ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education), is an organization for educators and education leaders engaged in improving teaching and learning by advancing the effective use of technology in preK-12 and teacher education.
